Return Policy (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.
Eligible Returns
Returns will only be accepted if:
- The item received does not match the ordered part number or listing images.
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.
Returns Due to Buyer Error
- Items purchased by mistake may be returned only if:
- They are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- They are in resellable condition.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Fees & Authorization
- A 20% non-refundable restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or installed items
- Items that are functional and match the product description
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
- The refund amount will be issued minus:
- Original shipping charges
- 20% restocking fee
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- A “credit approved” confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.
Important:
- Your bank or card provider may take an additional 4–7 business days to reflect the credit.

Warranty Policy
Genuine (OEM) Parts
• Sold as-is.
• No returns or warranty.
Aftermarket & Refurbished Parts
• 3-month replacement warranty from delivery date.
• Warranty applies to part only.
Warranty Coverage
• No labor, towing, rental, or incidental costs covered.
• Warranty void for improper installation, misdiagnosis, or electrical faults.
- Covers defects under normal use and proper installation.
Warranty Exclusions
Electrical & Electronic Parts Policy (Strict)
• No returns and no warranty under any circumstances.
• Components are sensitive to installation and voltage issues.
• Verify compatibility and diagnosis before purchase.
Non-Returnable Electrical Components Include
• Switches, Sensors, Regulators, Amplifiers, Motor resistors, Ignition modules
• Electronic control units (ECUs), Relays, Solenoids, Door lock actuators
• Lighting connectors, Distributor parts, Power window switches
Installation Disclaimer
• Professional installation recommended.
• Instructions may not be included.
- Proof of professional installation may be required for claims.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders are processed and sent to our warehouse immediately after confirmation. Because of this, the cancellation window is very limited.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before receiving the “Invoice – Payment” email. Once payment is completed, the order is considered confirmed and is immediately prepared for shipment.
Due to this fast processing system, confirmed orders cannot be canceled.
